If you want to have a small fountain on your garden plot, then it is not necessary to buy it, it is quite possible to cope on your own. Here is a small example of how to make a fountain on the site yourself.
1. The fountain frame is made of 4 iron rods about 1 m long, which are soldered to a metallic base. For greater strength of the design, several rods are also soldered.
One of them is attached under the slope of the drain.
2. A strong rubber hose is reliably attached to the drain, water will be supplied through it. The end of the hose is displayed from the back of the source. Then a fine -fingered mesh is wrapped around the rods, as a result of which the hollow structure turned out. If possible, use a plunger or other equipment.
She stuffed densely with wrinkled newspapers.
3. A layer of a solution of about 5 cm thick is applied on top of the fine -fingered mesh with a spatula. You can purchase a special waterproof concrete for sculptures, but the usual, bought in a regular construction store is quite suitable. The solution should be elastic enough to be easily applied with a spatula. Tip: knead the concrete in small portions and put down from the bottom up!
4. Leave the product for the night to dry. After that, you can apply the next layer of the solution, in which it is desirable to mix black pigment. Then the fountain will look as if cut out of natural stone. Such pigments should be used only in small quantities, since they poorly affect the strength of concrete.
5. On the third day, there is a turn of thin work: so that the surface of the fountain is beautiful, it must be polished. The easiest way to do this is to make a drill with a wire brush-drill.
