We have already spoken earlier about the dangers caused by human health with wall materials. But no less dangerous are the materials used for decoration.
Let’s start with the tile. In the manufacture, it is covered with glaze containing a component such as zirconium silicate, which is referred to radioactive components.
It is also worth paying attention to vinyl wallpaper. They are produced two types – flat and foamed. The wallpaper consists of a paper or outnight base, on top of which a PVC layer is applied, which is very popular, as it is resistant to external aggressive influences. When manufacturing it, plasticizers with toxicity are added to the composition. In addition, the polymer contains monomers, which are actually quite dangerous. During the aging of the wallpaper, the migration of plasticizers with monomers begins. And these materials can be harmful to human health to varying degrees. They cause allergenic, sensitizing, carcinogenic, radiomimimetic reactions.
Do not forget about polystyrene foam actively used in the construction of non -removed structures or as a heater. Despite the statements of manufacturers about his security, you need to be as careful as possible with this material, since it contains residual monomers, which were mentioned earlier, in addition, it is processed by a special additive to increase refractory, which in itself is very toxic. They are carried out not only to give the completion of the erected building, but also to protect structures from harmful effects during operation.
It is important to use only environmentally friendly materials and observe all the necessary technologies. So, for example, it must be taken into account that at low temperatures in the room and high humidity up to 60%, it is advisable to use heating devices, that you exclude the influence of negative factors. And now briefly about the work themselves. Facades cladding – includes covering the outer surfaces by natural and artificial materials;
Internal cladding of walls and floors. Preparation of walls and floors for the final stage: painting, putty, plaster, and so dews, laying coatings. If it is carried out at low temperatures, it is necessary to use anti -control additives.
Plaster – used to align walls, floors and ceilings. Wet plaster is applied directly to the walls, or to the gypsum plate. Painting work is painting walls, ceilings, windows, doors inside the building. Installation of partitions can be carried out from drywall (for non -residential premises, offices), foam concrete (for soundproofing), brick, (if strength and durability are needed), depending on the purpose of the room. Suspended ceilings are used in residential and non -residential office premises. Can be: rack, cassette, gypsum, from mineral -fiber, grillo. They are moisture resistant, environmentally friendly, soundproofing, fire resistant, are also easily mounted that it is extremely important.
