According to the SMPro organization, which is engaged in consulting in the field of building materials, the cost of cement last month increased by 1% and reached a mark of 2,931 rubles per ton. Thus, since the beginning of this year, cement has risen by about 32%.

Of course, the prices for building materials are unlikely to catch up with prices for diesel generators producing electricity, but it is still pleasant, since the increase in the cost of building materials inevitably entails an increase in the cost of housing and in general any construction work. The company that produces building materials wins, which cannot be said about the consumer.

SMEPPRI says that the production of cement, despite the increase in prices for it, increased in nine months of this year by 12.4%, of which only September – by 9.8%. In general, during 2011. About 43 million tons of cement were produced in Russia.

At the beginning of September 2011, to 295 rubles per 1 m3, the price rose for non -metallic building materials, which amounted to about 15%. It turns out that the average price for this type of building materials since the beginning of this year has increased by more than 30%. At the same time, the production of non -metallic materials increased – up to 39 million m3, which amounted to 11.7%. On average, concrete rose in price every month by 2, 1%, and in January-September-by 19%.

About a month ago, production enterprises produced 2.7 million m2 of reinforced concrete, and this, by the way, is 12.5% more than in the beginning of September last year. The average cost of reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete grew only by 0, 3% and amounted to 7, 641 thousand rubles per m3. But in general, over the year, reinforced concrete products increased in price by almost 7%.

The brick is still the only material for which the price of which has decreased in September. So, one thousand units of bricks cost about 5,359 rubles, which is 0.4% less compared to August. Experts predict a further decrease in prices for brick, which is associated with a seasonal decrease in demand for this building material.
