Almost every person knows the fence. These impressive “guards” protect various enterprises, cottage villages and other territories from prying eyes. However, modern technologies allow them to make them not only reliable, but, for all their thoroughness, rather elegant and attractive.
How decorative fences are produced?
Packery of concrete
The technology for the production of concrete fence sections by and large is not much different from the one used when casting paving slabs. First, a form lubricated by a special composition is placed on the vibro -stol. Then the required amount of reinforcement is set, which will strengthen concrete. After that, the required amount of concrete is poured.
Immediately after this, the form is turned on an even and smooth surface, on which the concrete product will grasp and gain strength. There is a slightly excellent technology, according to which the future fence “matures” directly in the form and is extracted from it only after complete setting.
By purchasing reinforced concrete fence sections, you must ask the seller a certificate for the product. Among other things, you need to turn to the brand of concrete – it should be at least m300. The maximum allowable fraction of crushed stone or gravel for such products is 5 mm. There must also be plasticizers in. If you purchase a colored fence, then it is worth remembering that the pigment should be introduced into concrete even when it is kneaded, and, therefore, the product should be painted over the entire thickness.
Most of modern concrete and iron fences are made of sections of 0.5×2 m in size, the weight of each of which is not more than 70 kg. This noticeably facilitates the installation process, while the assembly of the usual heavy plates requires powerful equipment.

How to make an openwork fence made of reinforced concrete
By and large, the process of installing pillars for such a fence is no different from the installation of supports for fencing from fence boards. For work, you will need:
Shovel;
Sensor cord;
Level;
Cement-sand mortar;
Stones or brick battle;
Roulette.
First you need to make markings. To do this, at a height of about half a meter, the cord is pulled. Then, at a distance of two meters from each other, pits are dug up, the depth of which should be equal to the depth of the installation of supporting pillars. The following action is the installation of the pillars. They must be recorded strictly vertically and at the same height relative to each other.
Reiki are installed in the pillars, in which sections will be inserted in the future. The supports are regulated in such a way that the distance between these rails exactly corresponds to the width of the section of the section. Initially, the pillars are fixed with stones or fragments of brick, and only when you are completely sure that they are right, they can be poured with a cement-sand mixture.
Installation of sections
After the cement-sand mixture dries, it will be possible to begin the collection of the “designer”. As a rule, in most cases, the height of fences from concrete sections is 1.5-2 meters, that is, for one flight you will need three or four sections. In principle, a small mass of sections allows you to build 4-meter fences, however, as practice shows, there is no sense in the construction of such high fences near private houses. In order to protect your site from prying eyes, two and a half meters will be enough.
Sections are inserted into grooves on poles and firmly fixed in them. If during the installation process the section stuck a little in the grooves, it must be carefully tapped with a hammer through a wooden gasket that will protect concrete from destruction. To make a fence more “airy” and attractive, not a deaf, but an open section is put upstairs. This will allow you to see what is happening outside your site.
If you have acquired non -color sections, then they can be ennobled, painting a paint suitable for concrete. Since the strength of concrete is growing every year, such a fence, subject to its correct installation, will last you more than one year.
