Paul is an integral part of any house. As a rule, it has a much longer service life than other parts of the building. That is why it is necessary to correctly install it and perform appropriate care.
Before gluing the rolling of the floor, it is necessary to level reinforced concrete or concrete bases on which in the future it will hold. To do this, use a cement-sand solution in relation to 1.25: 3 or 1: 3. For greater convenience in the territory that needs to be leveled, wooden rails are installed. After investing a cement mortar, they are removed. After drying the screed, some irregularities remain on it. To eliminate them, you need to use a grater or just make appears with a trowel. After that, it is necessary to moisturize the screed about 5-7 days 3 times a day. This will avoid cracks and peeling of concrete.
If you decide to use roll materials for flooring on the floor, you need to prepare it for this. If the floor contains boards that are to begy, they need to be reestured by putting additional lags under them. The seams between the boards must be closed. This is mainly done with the help of rails with subsequent grinding or putty. It is very important that the surface is even. For this, its surface is stricted so that there are no protruding boards. If it is impossible to align it in this way, then very often resort to coating it with semi -hard -fiber slabs – organ. In everyday life, there can be many problems associated with a wooden flooring. But most of them are very easy to solve.
Grinding floors is one of the common problems. It is not so difficult to solve this defect. To do this, in the board that creaks, you need to drill a hole against the lag (diameter 12-16 mm) and pour cement fiber into it. A few days later, a wooden pin should be scored into a hole, but so that it does not reach the slabs. After this, the place of “small” repairs is polished, putty and painted. There are also other ways to eliminate the creak. For example, you can drill a hole with a diameter of 20 mm into the floor and pour a cement mortar or warmed bitumen into it, but so that the floorboards are leaning on it. The hole, respectively, score a cork or wooden pin. In new houses, the floorboards very often begin to dry out. To solve this problem, take a rope, smear it with carpentry glue and forget it thoroughly into the cracks. After that, wait until the rope dries and after a day, put the cracks with a thick putty from pieces of linoleum. Thus, you can easily get rid of this problem. In addition, the cracks in the plank floor can be sealed with bitumen. To do this, it is melted and poured into the gap between the boards. Removing excess bitumen, gaps are painted over. It must also be said that the paint will dissolve bitumen a little, but after several such operations, there will be practically no traces.
Very often in everyday life there are cases when liquid substances that are difficult to wash are on the floor. Most of them can easily be removed with vinegar, of course, if you have a parquet or laminate, then you can’t use vinegar in any case. Vinegar is also used so that the painted floor shines.
The floor is tapped quite strongly, it is necessary to perform the following actions: we take out one board, and from the others we remove the nails and insert two pairs of wedges in the place of the pulled board. It is these wedges that will tightly press the boards to each other. Then (without taking out the wedges) we score the boards with nails to the beams or lags and in the place of the taken boards we insert a new one or put dry rails.
